This week’s short video is the first part of our New Year message and an exciting way to shape a new year prior to setting your intentions for the year ahead of you.
To find out how you can make the most of this fresh start energetically watch this week’s 5 minute episode of Soul Star Connections webTV … Shifting Gears® in Your Life.
I would love to know if you already do this … so share below and I will come back and join your conversation.

PS … If you would like to update your internal programming and get more out of life, I’d love to help you and my Shifting Gears® Home Study program will do just that. It will uncover your programs you are running on and guide you to making any necessary changes.
You can find out more about that program here …
Well, it’s the beginning of a new year … Happy New Year to you … its the beginning of a lot of new cycles both for you personally and for us collectively. We‘ve seen the come and go of 21 December, 2012 and I don’t know about you but I felt a huge shift of energy on the planet. It was almost like a collective ‘sigh of relief’ … and yes … we’ve ‘shifted’.
Its an important time … it’s a time when we talk about setting our intentions and we even do so … we set goals. We make new year resolutions and it’s a time where we start afresh … but … before you do that … I would like you to just cast your mind back over 2012 and remember all the things that you achieved … remember all the things that brought you joy … single out the thing that you are most proud of having achieved in 2012 … and celebrate them.
Make yourself a Celebration Board much like a Dream Board … you can see here the one that I made in 2011. It was done as a family unit … I did it with my parents … and (for us) the highlight in 2011 for us personally was the birth of my 1st grandchild … Erika … so she featured centre of stage for it … but there were a lot of other things that happened too both in business and personally and we all made notes.
This is a good exercise to do to get you to feeling good about having achieved. Often we get to the end of the year and we think … Oh, I didn’t achieve what I wanted to or, you know, I didn’t get that done .. or I’m going so slow or, you know, we pay ourselves out a bit. So before you set your new intentions, I just would like you to think about everything (maybe only spend a half an hour) but sit down and just cast your mind back over what happened in 2012 and make a Celebration Board. Hang it up … for the whole year if you want to … to keep reminding your that … Yes, you know, there’s lots of things happened … life happens along the way when we make plans …
And then I want you to ask yourself …
What is the single thing that I am most looking forward to for 2013 … and then build your Dream Board around that. Set your intentions … and while you’re writing your Dream Board or creating your Dream Board just take some time out to reflect on how you want 2013 to roll out.
How will it be for you? Do you want it to be a repeat of 2012 … or do you want it to be new? Do you want it to be moving in a different direction? Will you operate in 2013 with the same programming that you operated on 2012 or are you making some internal shifts yourself?
Are you denying yourself something that sits deep within you? Is there something that you are longing to do and you are too scared to (maybe) take a chance … take a risk? Is there something holding you back?
So make your Celebration Board … spend some time … really make it colourful … and get in the creative mode with it and use it as a springboard for developing your Dream Board for 2013.
Next week we will have a look at what it is that stops us from achieving our desires and we will look a little bit deeper at what we need to do about that. But, for now, its time to get yourself to a high vibrational start … remember all the good that happened in 2012 and realise that there is a whole new world out there now … a whole new world waiting for you.
So … HAPPY NEW YEAR … HAPPY 2013 … HAPPY NEW WORLD !
Share your comments below … I’d love to know if you already do this exercise and, if you do, how has it helped you? Does it keep you on a high? Does it help you throughout the year? I’d love to know so share below and I’ll come back and join your conversation.
